It's almost time to get muddy, and we've got all the info you'll need to get ready for the big day!
- SHOWING UP
Gates open 9:00 am. You'll want to show up ONE HOUR prior to your wave time to allow enough time for parking, registration, etc. Event held rain or shine. Event is at Glen Helen Raceway MX venue, (not Glen Helen Regional Park or Pavilion). Use the 215 to Palm Ave. Exit. Other roads have been blocked by road construction in the past.
- IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO
For faster bib pickup, bring a copy of your order confirmation and a Photo I.D. along with your signed waiver to the registration tent. Parent / Guardian will pick up MF Kidz bib(s). Can't find your order confirmation? Enter the email addressed affiliated with your purchase and have it resent HERE.
Parking is $15 cash per vehicle. Limited VIP Front Area Parking is available for $20. You must park in our designated event parking area only. No parking on streets or roads allowed. Absolutely no "walk-ins" from outside the designated parking area will be permitted to participate in any Mud Factor event, no exceptions.
- BAG CHECK
You may drop off any items you don't want getting muddy or lost at our Bag Check tent for $5 cash. Remove jewelry. Finding a lost wedding ring in the mud is never easy or fun!
You may purchase or pick up your pre ordered merchandise at the merchandise tent located in the festival area. We do not ship, credit or refund pre-paid merchandise that is not picked up the day of the event. Event T-Shirts, Mud Factor flags, hats and stickers, as well as car seat covers and large man-sized towel wipes are available.
- COME PREPARED
We recommend bringing extra clothes, shoes, towels. Bring plastic bags for dirty items. We will have plastic car seat covers for sale at $3 cash each. Bring extra water to hydrate before and after your run.
Sick PIXS Event Photography will be at the finish line taking your photos. Make sure you stop to get your photo taken. Copies are available from them the day of the event only. Bring cash as remote credit card processing is never a guarantee. We'd love to see your photos. Upload them to our Facebook events page. Use hashtags #MudFactor #SeriouslyFun #MudRun. - WASH OFF STATION
Dr. Bronner's Magic Foam Experience will bring the rinse party! Lines can get long, please be patient and enjoy the fun. We will also have a wash off area with running water. Bring a towel and a change of clothes. EPIC wipes (large towel size) are available at the merch tent. Some participants bring gallons of water and leave them on top of their car to warm in the sun, then rinse off at their vehicles. We think this is a great idea for those that don't like to wait.
Spectators are $10 cash the day of the event at the venue. Spectators have access to the festival area only (start and finish line view, music + MC, vendors, bathrooms, Dr. Bronner's foam experience, etc) - no course access and sight lines to obstacles limited and not guaranteed. Children 13 and under are admitted free (as spectators) into the festival area.
- FOOD & DRINKS
We will have Beer options for purchase for those 21+, and local food vendors in the festival area. No outside food or drinks allowed except water. Bring Cash.
- EVENT DAY SIGN UP
Late registration is available the day of the event at full price, $65 Adult Waves / $45 MF KIDZ Family Waves.
- WAVE TIME CHANGE (Day of Event Only)
Please arrive one hour prior to the wave time you want to run in, and head to the Post Registration line at the registration tent. The fee is $15 cash to make this change.
- TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION (Day of Event Only)
The new participant will want to show up at least an hour prior to the wave time they'd like to run in. Have them bring a copy of the ORIGINAL PARTICIPANT'S CONFIRMATION EMAIL to the Post Registration line at the registration tent. Tell them to bring their I.D. and $15 cash to make this change.
