Seriously Fun, 5K Obstacle Run!
There is a reason Mud Factor Kidz is the
most attended Family Mud Run in the nation
Mud Factor Kidz Family Waves are the ultimate mud run experience for kids ages 4 and up. Unlike other events that offer kids a small, thrown together course with miniature (boring!) obstacles, Mud Factor KIDZ is a fun filled 3K with all the same obstacles as the adult run.
Participants receive the same perks as our Adult Wave runners including our staple Mud Factor bandana, runners bib and temporary tattoo, and the same full sized finisher medals. The only thing downsized in our MF Kidz Family Waves are the participants themselves!
All participants, both kids and parents, must register to participate. Adults must purchase an MF Kidz registration (or register in an Adult wave) to run with their child and have access to the course. Example: A family of four would register (4) participants during the sign up process.
Please Note: An adult wave running bib will allow you access to the KIDZ Family waves to run with your registered child. KIDZ Family Wave bibs will not work in later adult waves however.
...BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO
RUN WITH YOUR KIDZ
Parents / Guardians may allow their youngsters to conquer Mud Factor on their own, while waiting at the finish line to cheer them on. We know there's a very BIG difference between a 4 year old pre-schooler and a 13 year old, so we will let you decide what's appropriate supervision for your kids.
CAN I ACCESS THE COURSE TO WATCH OR TAKE PICTURES?
Only registered participants may access the course at any time. In short, yes you can access the course to watch or take pictures as long as you register as a "participant".
Please Note: Purchasing a spectator wristband WILL NOT allow you access to the course. Spectator wristbands allow access to the festival area only.
• KIDS 4-13 & FAMILIES RUN TOGETHER
• SHORTENED COURSE (approx. 3k), SAME OBSTACLES
• SAME MEDAL & BANDANA AS ADULTS
